၁။ပြည်ထောင်စုစာရင်းစစ်ချုပ် ဦးမော်သန်းသည် ACCA Vice President Mr. Leo Lee ဦးဆောင်သော ကိုယ်စားလှယ် အဖွဲ့အား ၂၀၁၆ခုနှစ် ဇွန်လ (၂၀) ရက်နေ့ နံနက် ၁၀း၀၀နာရီ တွင် နေပြည်တော်ရှိ ပြည်ထောင်စုစာရင်းစစ်ချုပ်ရုံး ဧည့်ခန်းမ၌ လက်ခံတွေ့ဆုံခဲ့ပါသည်။
၂။ထိုသို့ တွေ့ဆုံရာတွင် ပြည်ထောင်စုစာရင်းစစ်ချုပ်ရုံး၏ လက်ရှိ လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်နေမှု အခြေအနေများ၊ International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSASs) နှင့် International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) for SMEs အကောင်အထည်ဖော်မှု တို့အတွက် ဆောင်ရွက်မည့် ကိစ္စရပ်များ၊ ဤရုံး ဝန်ထမ်းများနှင့် စာရင်းပညာရှင်များ စွမ်းရည် မြှင့်တင်ရေး အတွက် ACCA မှ ထောက်ပံ့ကူညီပေးနိုင်မည့် ကိစ္စရပ်များ၊ ACCA အောင်မြင်ပြီးသည့် နိုင်ငံသားများကို CPA အဖြစ် အသိအမှတ်ပြုရေး ကိစ္စရပ်များ၊ Accounting & Auditing Fair ကျင်းပမည့် ကိစ္စရပ်များနှင့် စပ်လျဉ်း၍ အမြင်ချင်း ဖလှယ် ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
၃။အဆိုပါ တွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲသို့ ပြည်ထောင်စု စာရင်းစစ်ချုပ်ရုံးမှ အမြဲတမ်းအတွင်းဝန်၊ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ်(စစ်ဆေးရေး)နှင့် တာဝန်ရှိသူများ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
1. U Maw Than, the Union Auditor General received the delegation from ACCA led by Mr. Leo Lee, Vice President at the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, in Nay Pyi Taw at (10:00) a.m on 20th June, 2016.
2. In the meeting, they discussed about the current performance of the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, the activities conducting for the implementation of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSASs) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) for SMEs, the supports from ACCA for improving the capacity building of the OAG’s staff and the Accountancy Profession, the recognition of the citizens who hold ACCA certificate as CPA and the event of Accounting & Auditing Fair .
3. At the meeting, the Permanent Secretary, the Director General (Audit Department) and the responsible officers from the Office of the Auditor General of the Union were also present.

1.U Maw Than, the Auditor General of the Union received KPMGdelegation led by Mr.Winid Silamongkol, CEO of KPMG Thailand at the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, in Nay Pyi Taw at 9:30 a.m on 8th June, 2016.
2.In the meeting, they discussed about the Accounting and Auditing Fair (2016) which is the first program of 100-days Plan of the Office of the Auditor General of the Union for promoting accountancy and auditing, which will be implemented jointly by such Institutions as Big Four Accounting Firms, ACCA, CIMA and ICAEW; the activities of KPMG in Myanmar such as collaborations in Myanmar Yangon Stock Exchange and experiences from other countries’ Stock Exchange; and also discussed matters concerning accounting standards, accountancy and auditing and supports needed for OAG.

၁။၂၀၁၆ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇွန်လ (၂)ရက်နေ့ နံနက်(၉:၃၀) နာရီတွင် ပြည်ထောင်စု စာရင်းစစ်ချုပ်ရုံး၊ စုပေါင်းခန်းမ၌ ဒီပလိုမာစာရင်းကိုင် (ဒုတိယပိုင်း) သင်တန်း (၂၀၁၆-၂၀၁၇) ပညာသင်နှစ်အတွက် ဖွင့်ပွဲအခမ်းအနား ကျင်းပရာ ပြည်ထောင်စုစာရင်းစစ်ချုပ် တက်ရောက်၍ သင်တန်းဖွင့် အမှာစကား ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
၂။အဆိုပါ အခမ်းအနားသို့ အမြဲတမ်းအတွင်းဝန်၊ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ် (စစ်ဆေးရေးဦးစီးဌာန)၊ ဒုတိယ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ်များ၊ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးများ၊ ဒုတိယညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးများ၊ ကထိကများ၊ သင်တန်းသား/သူ (၁၆၄)ဦး တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
၃။အခမ်းအနားတွင် ပြည်ထောင်စု စာရင်းစစ်ချုပ်မှ သင်တန်းဖွင့် အမှာစကား ပြောကြားရာတွင်-
- ဒီပလိုမာစာရင်းကိုင် (ဒုတိယပိုင်း) သင်တန်းသည် CAT (Certified Accountant Technicians) သင်တန်းနှင့် တူကြောင်း၊
- CAT (Certified Accountant Technicians) သင်တန်းအောင်မြင်ပြီးလျှင် ACCA (Association of Chartered & Certified Accountants) လမ်းကြောင်းပေါ် ရောက်သွားသကဲ့သို့ ဒီပလိုမာစာရင်းကိုင် (ဒုတိယပိုင်း) သင်တန်းအောင်မြင်ပြီးလျှင် CPA (Certified Public Accountants) ဖြစ်သည့် စာရင်းပညာရှင်အဖြစ် အဆင့်မြင့်ဆုံး လမ်းကြောင်းပေါ် ရောက်သွားနိုင်ကြောင်း၊
- ဒီပလိုမာစာရင်းကိုင် (ဒုတိယပိုင်း) သင်တန်းတွင် သင်ကြားမည့် Accounting ၊ Financial Reporting ၊ Cost Accounting ၊ Auditing၊ Information & Communication Technology and System Development ဘာသာရပ်နှင့် ဝန်ထမ်းစည်းမျဉ်း၊ ဘဏ္ဍာရေးစည်းမျဉ်း ဘာသာရပ်များအားလုံးသည် အရေးကြီးကြောင်း၊
- Financial Reporting ဘာသာရပ်သည် ပုဂ္ဂလိက ကဏ္ဍများအတွက် IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)၊ နိုင်ငံပိုင် ကဏ္ဍများအတွက် IPSAS (International Public Sector Accounting Standards) တို့ကို အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက် သွားမည် ဖြစ်၍ အရေးကြီးကြောင်း၊
- Financial Reporting သည် အလွန်အရေးကြီးကြောင်း၊
- ဘာသာရပ်တိုင်းတွင် ကျောင်းတက်ချိန် ၆၀% ပြည့်မီမှသာ စာမေးပွဲ ဖြေဆိုခွင့်ရှိမည် ဖြစ်၍ သင်တန်းကို မှန်မှန်တက်စေလိုကြောင်း၊
- စာရင်းကောင်စီအနေနှင့်လည်း သင်တန်းကထိကများကို သီးခြားခန့်ထားခြင်းမရှိပဲ မိမိတို့ ကိုယ်ပိုင်ချိန်မှ ပညာဒါနအနေဖြင့် ကြိုးစားအားထုတ် သင်ကြားပေးခြင်းဖြစ်၍ ကထိကများ၏ စေတနာကို လေးစားတန်ဖိုးထားစေလိုကြောင်း၊
- ကထိကများ သင်ကြားပေးသည်ကို ကြိုးကြိုးစားစားဖြင့် လေ့လာသင်ယူကြပြီး သင်တန်းကျောင်းမှ ချမှတ်ထားသော စည်းကမ်းများကို လိုက်နာ၍ နိုင်ငံအတွက် အားကိုးရသည့် စာရင်းပညာကျွမ်းကျင်သူများ ဖြစ်ရန် ကြိုးပမ်းကြစေလိုကြောင်း မှာကြားရင်း နိဂုံးချုပ်ပါကြောင်း၊
