1. U Maw Than, the Auditor General of the Union received the Mid Term Review Mission led by Mr. Christopher Robert Fabling, Senior Financial Management Specialist from World Bank , at the Office of the Auditor General of the Union in Nay Pyi Taw, at 10:00 a.m. on 21st March, 2017.
2. In the meeting, they discussed matters concerning the progress of the component D2 of Public Finance Management Project being implemented by the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, the priorities of additional assistance for the project, the issuing of the Report on Observance of Standards and Codes (ROSC) and the holding of the Workshop on the results of World Bank Project Audits.
3. At the meeting, the Director General (Audit Department) and responsible officers from the Office of the Auditor General of the Union were also present.
၁။ ပြည်ထောင်စုစာရင်းစစ်ချုပ် ဦးမော်သန်းသည် World Bank မှ Senior Financial Management Specialist ဖြစ်သူ Mr. Christopher Robert Fabling ဦးဆောင်သော PFM Mid Term Review Mission အား ၂၀၁၇ ခုနှစ် မတ်လ ၂၁ ရက်နေ့ နံနက် ၁၀း၀၀ နာရီတွင် နေပြည်တော်ရှိ ပြည်ထောင်စုစာရင်းစစ်ချုပ်ရုံး ဧည့်ခန်းမ၌ လက်ခံတွေ့ဆုံခဲ့ပါသည်။
၂။ ထိုသို့တွေ့ဆုံရာတွင် Public Finance Management Project တွင် ဤရုံးက ဆောင်ရွက်နေသည့် Component D2 ၏ တိုးတက်မှုအခြေအနေ၊ Project အတွက် နောက်ထပ်အကူအညီပေးနိုင်ရေး ဦးစားပေးအစီအစဉ်များ၊ Report on the Observance of Standards and Codes (ROSC) အစီရင်ခံစာထုတ်ပြန်နိုင်ရေး၊ World Bank Project စာရင်းစစ်ဆေးခြင်းဆိုင်ရာရလဒ်များ နှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ Workshop ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရေးတို့ကို ဆွေးနွေး ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
၃။ အဆိုပါတွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲသို့ ဤရုံးမှ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ်(စစ်ဆေးရေး) နှင့် တာဝန်ရှိ သူများ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
1. U Maw Than, the Auditor General of the Union received the delegation led by Mr. Steven Bower and Mr. Colin Hatehins, Advisor from Large Taxpayer Office at the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, Nay Pyi Taw at 2:00 p.m. on 27th February, 2017.
2. In the meeting, they discussed the existing tax law, the current situation of compliance by the taxpayers and the matters should be reformed etc.
3. At the meeting, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Deputy Director General from the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, Deputy Director General and responsible officers from Internal Revenue Department were also present.

၃။အဆိုပါ တွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲသို့ ပြည်ထောင်စု စာရင်းစစ်ချုပ်ရုံးမှ ဒုတိယ အမြဲတမ်းအတွင်းဝန် နှင့် ဒုတိယ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှုးချုပ်များ၊ ပြည်တွင်းအခွန်များ ဦးစီးဌာနမှ ဒုတိယ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှုးချုပ် နှင့် တာဝန်ရှိသူများ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
ပြည်ထောင်စုစာရင်းစစ်ချုပ်ရုံး၏ တစ်နှစ်တာ ဆောင်ရွက်ချက်များအား MRTV မှ မေးမြန်းထားမှုများကို ယနေ့ည (၉:၁၅)တွင် ထုတ်လွှင့်မည်ဖြစ်ပါ၍ ကြည့်ရှုနိုင်ပါရန် အသိပေးကြေငြာအပ်ပါသည်။

2. In the meeting, they discussed briefly about the priority areas on the proposed six components of the “Twinning Project" between the Office of the Auditor General of the Union and UK National Audit Office which is based on the previous discussions, collaboration with other development partners and the possible interim support from EU.
3. At the meeting, the Director General (Audit Department) and responsible officers from the Office of the Auditor General of the Union were also present.
