1.       U Maw Than, the Auditor General of the Union received the delegation led by Mr. Patrick McClay, Program Manager of EU/GOPA at the office of the Auditor General of the Union, Nay Pyi Taw at 2:00 p.m. on 17^th July, 2017.

2.       In the meeting, they discussed the matters concerning the plans of the EU support as Technical Assistance, the discussions about EU Budget Support among the Member States, to respond on the Study Report for Human Resources Capacities and Capacity Development needs that have done from EU Expert, Mr. Ray Watkins during June 2017, performing Study of Mandate, Independence, Legal Framework and Organizational Structure from EU Expert, Mr. Ander Hjertetrand in September, 2017 and holding the Validation Workshop on this Study Report.

3.       At the meeting, the Director General (Audit Department) and the responsible officers from the office of the Auditor General of the Union were also present.

၁။   ၂၀၁၇ခုနှစ်၊ ဇူလိုင်လ ( ၂၀ ) ရက်နေ့ ညနေ (၁၆း၀၀)နာရီအချိန်တွင် ပြည်ထောင်စု စာရင်းစစ်ချုပ်ရုံး၊ စုပေါင်းခန်းမ၌ စာရင်းစစ်-၃များ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုု အမှတ်စဉ်(၄၆) သင်တန်းဆင်းပွဲ အခမ်းအနားကျင်းပခဲ့ရာ ပြည်ထောင်စုစာရင်းစစ်ချုပ် တက်ရောက်၍ သင်တန်း ဆင်းလမ်းညွှန် အမှာစကားပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။

၂။   အဆိုပါအခမ်းအနားသို့ အမြဲတမ်းအတွင်းဝန်၊ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ်၊ ဒုတိယ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ်များ၊ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးများ၊ ဒုတိယညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးများ၊ သင်တန်း ကထိကများနှင့် သင်တန်းသား / သင်တန်းသူ ( ၁၁၄ ) ဦး တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။

၃။   အခမ်းအနားတွင် ပြည်ထောင်စုစာရင်းစစ်ချုပ်က အောက်ပါအတိုင်း လမ်းညွှန်မှာကြား ခဲ့ပါသည်-

• လုပ်ငန်းခွင်ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုသင်တန်းများ အဆက်မပြတ် ဖွင့်လှစ်ပေးရခြင်း၏ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်မှာ စာရင်းစစ်များ၏ Capacity Building ကို မြှင့်တင်ပေးလိုခြင်း၊ လုပ်ငန်းဆိုင်ရာ ဗဟုသုတများ၊ စာရင်းစစ်ဆေးခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ အတတ်ပညာများ ပို၍ကျွမ်းကျင်လာစေလိုခြင်း၊ စာရင်းစစ် ကျင့်ဝတ်သိက္ခာများကို နားလည်စောင့်ထိန်းနိုင်သော ဝန်ထမ်းကောင်းများပေါ်ထွန်းလာစေ လိုခြင်း တို့ကြောင့် ဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊
• စာရင်းစစ်ဆေးခြင်းအပြင် ပြည်ထောင်စုစာရင်းစစ်ချုပ်ဥပဒေက ပေးအပ်ထားသော တာဝန် များကိုလည်း ထမ်းဆောင်ကြရမှာဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊
• ပုဂ္ဂလိကပိုင်ကဏ္ဍ၊ နိုင်ငံတော်ပိုင်ကဏ္ဍအနေဖြင့် နေ့စဉ်နှင့်အမျှ ပြောင်းလဲနေသည်နှင့်အမျှ စာရင်းနှင့် စာရင်းစစ်ဆေးခြင်းသည်လည်း အမြဲတမ်းတိုးတက်နေသည့်အတွက် Up Date ဖြစ်အောင် သင်တန်းပေးရခြင်း ဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊ ထို့ကြောင့် သင်တန်းသားများအနေနှင့် ကြိုးစားနေဖို့ လိုပါကြောင်း၊
• သင်တန်းသားများသည် မိမိ၏ အားသာချက်၊ အားနည်းချက်များကို သုံးသပ်ရမှာ ဖြစ်ပြီး မိမိ၏အားနည်းချက်၊အားသာချက်များကို သိရှိလာပါက အားနည်းသည့် နေရာမှာကုစား၊ ပြင်ဆင်၊ ဖြည့်ဆည်းပြီး အားသာတဲ့ အရည်အသွေးတွေကို ပိုပြီးကောင်းလာအောင် လုပ်ရမှာဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊
• ယနေ့ခေတ်သည် ပညာခေတ် Age of Knowledge မဟုတ်တော့ဘဲ အိုင်ဒီယာခေတ် Age of Idea တွေးခေါ်မြော်မြင်မှုတွေနဲ့ ပကတိ စိတ်ကူးစိတ်သန်းတွေနဲ့ တီထွင်နိုင်အောင်၊ တိုးတက်အောင် စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် လုပ်ဆောင်ကြရမည့် မဆုံးနိုင်တဲ့ကိစ္စဖြစ်ပြီး အမြဲတမ်း လိုအပ်နေတာဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊
• သင်တန်းသားများသည် ခေတ်သစ်စနစ်သစ်နှင့်အညီ လိုက်လျောညီထွေ ဖြစ်စေရန် မိမိအပါအဝင် နိုင်ငံ့ဝန်ထမ်းအားလုံး တစ်ဦးချင်းပြုပြင်ပြောင်းလဲမှုမှသည် အားလုံး ပြုပြင်ပြောင်းလဲခြင်းဆီသို့ မဖြစ်မနေပြောင်းလဲရန် ကြိုးပမ်းကြရာ၌ အမူအကျင့်ကောင်းများ အတွေးအခေါ် အယူအဆအသစ်များဖြင့် ပြည်သူများ၏ အကျိုးစီးပွားကို ဖော်ဆောင်ကြပါလို့ မှာကြားလိုကြောင်း။

၄။   အခမ်းအနားကို ညနေ(၁၆း၁၅)နာရီတွင် ရုပ်သိမ်းခဲ့ပါသည်။

1.       U Maw Than, the Auditor General of the Union received the delegation led by Mr. Joseph Bryson, Deputy Director of International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) at the office of the Auditor General of the Union, Nay Pyi Taw at 10 : 00 AM on 17^th July, 2017.

2.       In the meeting, they discussed the matters concerning the updates on PAO Capacity Building Program which cooperated by the IFAC and UK Department for International Development (DFID), the timeliness for implementation of the project to strengthen the accountancy profession in Myanmar through the institutional capacity building of the Myanmar Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA), National  Professional Accountancy Organization (PAO) and the activities included in the first phase of the project.

3.       At the meeting, the Director General (Audit Department) and the responsible officers from the office of the Auditor General of the Union and the Vice Chairmen of MICPA were also present.
