1. U Maw Than, the Auditor General of the Union received the delegation led by Mrs. Gry Midtbo, Head of International Division from Office of the Auditor General of Norway, at the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, Nay Pyi Taw at 9:30 a.m on 19th March, 2018.
1. U Maw Than, the Auditor General of the Union received the delegation of IMF FAD Mission, led by Ms. Ha Vu, Mission Chief, at the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, Nay Pyi Taw at 10:00 a.m on 16th March, 2018.
2. In this meeting, they discussed the existing implementing conditions, problems, delays, procurement, cost overruns regarding the Infrastructure Projects implemented by Capital expenditure, and recommendations for those projects.
U Maw Than, Union Auditor General, attended ACCA International Public Sector Conference 2018 which was held in Singapore on March 1-2, 2018.
1. U Maw Than, the Auditor General of the Union received H.E. Ms. Vanessa Chan Yuen Ying, Singapore Ambassador to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, at the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, Nay Pyi Taw at 10:00 a.m on 13th February, 2018.
2. In this meeting, they discussed the audit process of OAG, training programmes in OAG for the capacity development of government staff, and one week or two week trainings conducted in Yangon according to the Singapore Cooperation Programme.
U Maw Than, the Auditor General of the Union received the delegation from EU, led by Mr.Thomas Thomsen, Public Finance Management Expert , at the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, Nay Pyi Taw at 10:00 a.m on 2nd February, 2018.
In this meeting, they discussed the result of the 3 Mini Workshops on the Independence, Mandate, Organizational, Human Resources, and the ongoing schedules for the Office of the Auditor General of the Union.
U Maw Than, the Auditor General of the Union received the delegation led by Mrs. Marcia Sue Maurer, Advisor from US Department of the Treasury Office of the Technical Assistance – USOTA at the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, Nay Pyi Taw at 2:00 P.M on 31 January, 2018.
Office of the Auditor General of the Union hosted 3rd field workshop of Long Term ASEANSAI Programme on International Standards of Supreme Audit Institution Implementation (LTAPII) - Phase 2 which is conducted by SAI Philippines as Project Leader and SAI Malaysia as Sub Project Leader. Preparatory meeting related to that workshop was held from 11.12.2017 to 12.12.2017 and field workshop was held from 13.12.2017 to 15.12.2017 at Park Royal Hotel, Nay Pyi Taw.
