Office of the Auditor General of the Union held the eleventh Waso robe-offering ceremony at the Assembly Hall of this Office, Nay Pyi Taw 5:30 AM on July 7, 2017.
At the ceremony, venerable Buddhist monks from Phayarkyi Monastery and Yadanar Bummithara Monastery in Pyinmana were present and the staff of the Office of the Auditor General of Union led by U Maw Than, Union Auditor General offered Waso robes and provisions to the monks.

The Office of the Auditor General of the Union together with Myanmar Accountancy Council, Myanmar Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the World Bank jointly held Report on Observance of Standards and Codes (ROSC)- Accounting and Auditing Dissemination Workshop at Park Royal Hotel, Yangon on June 16, 2017.

U Maw Than, the Auditor General of the Union received the Instructors from International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions: INTOSAI Development Initiative-IDI and Asian Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions-ASOSAI who attended the Instructor’s Design Meeting for the Blended Learning Specialist Workshop hosted by Myanmar, at the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, NayPyiTaw at 10:00 a.m. on May 23, 2017.
1. Workshop on training for trainers for ISSAIs based Financial Audit Manual and Guidelines was held at the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, Nay Pyi Taw from May 8 to 12, 2017.
