1. U Maw Than, the Auditor General of the Union received the delegation led by Mr. Thomas Thomsen, Senior Development Consultant from European Union (EU)at the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, Nay Pyi Taw at 10:00 A.M on the13th October, 2016.
1. U Maw Than, the Auditor General of the Union received the delegation from European Union (EU) led by Mr. Thomas Thomsen, Senior Development Consultant at the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, Nay Pyi Taw at 10:00 A.M onthe 10th October, 2016.
Audit of Petroleum Sector Workshop was held in OAG at Nay Pyi Taw, on 26-29 September 2016 by the collaboration with the Office of the Auditor General of Norway, to be able to carry out audit works of OAG effectively.
1.       U Maw Than, the Auditor General of the Union received the delegation led by Mr. Rob Taliercio, Manager, East Asia Region, Governance Practice, World Bank at the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, Nay Pyi Taw at 2:00 P.M on the 20th September, 2016.
1.   U Maw Than, the Auditor General of the Union received the delegation led by Dr. George Dura, Deputy Head of Cooperation from European Union (EU) at the office of the Auditor General of the Union, Nay Pyi Taw at 11:00 A.M on the 20th September , 2016. 2.   In the meeting, they discussed about the proposed Budget Support indicator on External Audit for the detailed discussion on the preparation of the Democratic Transition Contract, and the Twinning program between OAG and UK National Audit Office.

U Maw Than, the Auditor General of the Union received the delegation led by Mr. Christopher Robert Fabling, Senior Financial Management Specialist, World Bank at the office of the Auditor General of the Union, Nay Pyi Taw at (10:00) a.m. on the 16th August, 2016. 2. In the meeting, they discussed about the preliminary findings and recommendations on ROSC A & A Report, the support of world bank in the field of Public Sector Accounting Reforms in Myanmar and the factors that should be considered in the audits of world bank projects.
The workshop on progress and field test of financial audit guidelines, one of the ongoing activities (Regional Capacity Development and Technical Assistance – R-CDTA) began in Nay Pyi Taw on 20th July 2016 and continued until 5th August 2016 together with training for field test using revised Financial Audit Guidelines.
