1. U Maw Than, the Auditor General of the Union received the Insolvency Law Reform Group led by Mr. Nick Moller, Senior Counsel, Asia Development Bank, at Office of the Auditor General of the Union, Nay Pyi Taw at 10:00 AM on 25th May, 2017.
2. In the meeting, they discussed the matters concerning the Insolvency Law Reform initiative, preventive measures and awareness for Insolvency, the considerations relevant to the accounting profession in the Insolvency Law and the collaboration with Myanmar Accountancy Council for the Insolvency Law Reform Project in the future.
3. At the meeting, the Director General (Audit Department), the responsible officers from Office of the Auditor General of the Union and the respective persons from Myanmar Accountancy Council were also present.
