1. U Maw Than, the Auditor General of the Union received the delegation from Denmark Embassy led by H. E Mr. Peter Lysholt Hansen, the Denmark Ambassador at the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, in Nay Pyi Taw at (3:00) p.m on 19th May, 2016.
2. In the meeting, they discussed about the activities of the two Supreme Audit Institutions(SAIs), the adoption of International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSASs) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) in public and private sectors, the wide use of the Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) for the capacity building of OAG’s staffs and the other cooperation areas between two SAIs.
3. At the meeting, the Director General (Audit Department) and responsible officers from the Office of the Auditor General of the Union were also present.
