U Maw Than, the Auditor General of the Union, received the delegation from the World Bank led by Mr. Serdar Yilmaz, Lead Public Sector Specialist, at the Call Room of the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, Nay Pyi Taw at 9:30 a.m on 1st February, 2019.
During this meeting, they discussed the matters concerning the transition of Public Sector Accounting Standards and Financial Reporting in accordance with International Public Sector Accounting Standards-IPSAS and International Financial Reporting Standards – IFRS.
The Director General (Audit Department), the Deputy Permanent Secretary, the Deputy Director General and responsible persons from the Office of the Auditor General of the Union attended the meeting.
