1. U Maw Than, the Auditor General of the Union received Mrs. Marta Russel, Technical Manager for Global Accountancy Program from International Federation of Accountants and the delegation from Myanmar Institute of Certified Public Accountantsat the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, Nay Pyi Taw at 12:00 p.m. on 9th November, 2016.
2. In the meeting, they discussed about the implementation of the Accounting Standards and Auditing Standards in Public Sector and Private Sector, and the capacity building programon Professional Accountancy Organizations.
3. At the meeting, the Permanent Secretary and responsible officers from the Office of the Auditor General of the Union were also present.
