1. U Maw Than, the Auditor General of the Union received the delegation led by Mr. Patrick McClay, Program Manager of EU/GOPA at the office of the Auditor General of the Union, Nay Pyi Taw at 2:00 p.m. on 17th July, 2017.
2. In the meeting, they discussed the matters concerning the plans of the EU support as Technical Assistance, the discussions about EU Budget Support among the Member States, to respond on the Study Report for Human Resources Capacities and Capacity Development needs that have done from EU Expert, Mr. Ray Watkins during June 2017, performing Study of Mandate, Independence, Legal Framework and Organizational Structure from EU Expert, Mr. Ander Hjertetrand in September, 2017 and holding the Validation Workshop on this Study Report.
3. At the meeting, the Director General (Audit Department) and the responsible officers from the office of the Auditor General of the Union were also present.
