ပြည်ထောင်စုစာရင်းစစ်ချုပ်က ပြည်ထောင်စုစာရင်းစစ်ချုပ်ရုံး၊ စာကြည့်တိုက်အား ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်စေရန်၊ စာကြည့်တိုက်လုပ်ငန်း ရေရှည်တည်တံ့ခိုင်မြဲစေရန်၊ စာဖတ်ခြင်းဖြင့် ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ အတွေးခေါ်အယူအဆများ မြင့်မားတိုးတက်စေရန်နှင့် စာကြည့်တိုက်လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများအား တတ်ကျွမ်းနားလည်ကြစေရန်၊ “အလိမ္မာစာမှာရှိ” ဆိုသောစကားအတိုင်း အသိဉာဏ်ပညာပြန့်ပွားအောင် ပြုလုပ်ရန် စာကြည့်တိုက်သည် အင်အားတစ်ခုဖြစ်သောကြောင့် စာကြည့်တိုက်ကို တိုးတက်စေပြီး စာဖတ်သူများစွာ ပေါ်ပေါက်စေရန်လိုအပ်သဖြင့် စာကြည့်တိုက်ပညာကို တတ်ကျွမ်းနားလည်ထားမှသာ ထိုအင်အားကို ရရှိနိုင်သောကြောင့် ယခုသင်တန်းကို ဖွင့်လှစ်ရကြောင်း၊ ဤရုံးစာကြည့်တိုက်အား e-Library အဆင့်အထိမြှင့်တင်ရန် ရည်ရွယ်ကြောင်း၊ အမျိုးသားစာကြည့်တိုက်မှလည်း စာအုပ်များ အလွယ်တကူရှာဖွေနိုင်မည့် Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS) Software ကို လာရောက်တပ်ဆင်ပေးပြီး အသုံးပြုပုံများကို သင်ကြားပေးသဖြင့် ဝမ်းသာ ကျေးဇူးတင်ပါကြောင်း၊ သင်တန်းကို စေတနာအပြည့်အဝနဲ့ လာရောက်ပို့ချပေးသည့် အမျိုးသားစာကြည့်တိုက်မှ နည်းပြများအား ကျေးဇူးအထူးတင်ရှိပါကြောင်းနှင့် သင်တန်းသား/သင်တန်းသူများအား စာတွေ့လက်တွေ့များကို လေ့လာဆည်းပူးပြီး မိမိအကျိုး၊ ရုံးအကျိုး၊ တိုင်းပြည်အကျိုးများကို အတတ်နိုင်ဆုံးသယ်ပိုး ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ကြရန် မှာကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။

Insolvency Practitioners’ Regulatory Council, which was formed on March 26, 2020 under Office of the Union Government notification 25/2020, held its meeting 1/2020 at the training school of the Office of the Auditor General of the Union in Yangon at 10:00 am on 27.6.2020.
At the meeting, the Auditor General of the Union U Maw Than delivered a speech regarding the formation of the Insolvency Practitioner Certification Committee, the Practitioner Disciplinary Committee, the Advisory Committee or the Executive Committee and the Regulatory Committee. He said the Regulatory Committee will include economists for the operations, professional accountants for financial affairs and advocates for legal matters and encourage to participate in the matters of Insolvency Law which consist of 11 Chapters and accordingly a lot of tasks to perform. Afterwards, the meeting elected the Union Auditor General as the Chair of the Council, recognized the formation of the Insolvency Practitioners’ Association and discussed the soonest issuance of insolvency practitioner certificates and priority functions.
In the meeting, the chairman of the Bar Council, the governor of the Central Bank of Myanmar, the president of the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the member of Securities and Exchange Commission, the patron, the chairman, the vice chairman and the members of the Association of Myanmar Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Director General of the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration were present.

International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) Implementation Preparatory Committee – IIPC (1/2020) Meeting was held at the Meeting Room, the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, Nay Pyi Taw, at 10:00 AM on 23rd June, 2020.
Permanent Secretary from the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, Chair of the committee, Director Generals from the Departments of Budget and Treasury, Vice Chairs of the committee, Director General from the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, members of the committee , the respective members from Ministry of Education, Department of Planning, Myanmar Economic Bank and Central Bank of Myanmar and Deputy Permanent Secretary from the Office of the Auditor General of the Union, the Secretary of the committee attended the meeting.
In the meeting, regarding the transition to IPSAS from generally accepted accounting system, the processes to be implemented for IPSAS Transition Plan and Roadmap were discussed. Among the processes, they mainly discussed the required initial activities which are the adoption of IPSAS in the Public Finance Management Law (Draft) and the release of necessary notifications, the establishment of National Level Steering Committee, the prescription of account heads to be applied by Government Departments and Organizations, the reviewing and comparing of difference in reporting guidelines between IPSAS and Government Finance Statistics-GFS reporting guidelines the formation of Working Group to support the functions of the committee regarding the IPSAS Transition, and the current situation of conducting IPSAS and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) online trainings.

အဆိုပါကော်မတီအစည်းအဝေးသို့ ကော်မတီဉက္ကဋ္ဌ ဖြစ်သည့် ပြည်ထောင်စုစာရင်းစစ်ချုပ်ရုံးမှ အမြဲတမ်းအတွင်းဝန်၊ ဒုတိယဉက္ကဋ္ဌများဖြစ်သည့် ငွေတိုက်ဦးစီးဌာနနှင့် ရသုံးမှန်းခြေ ငွေစာရင်းဦးစီးဌာနတို့မှ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ်များ၊ အဖွဲ့ဝင်ဖြစ်သည့် ပြည်ထောင်စုစာရင်းစစ်ချုပ်ရုံးမှ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ် နှင့် ပညာရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ စီမံကိန်းရေးဆွဲရေးဦးစီးဌာန၊ မြန်မာ့စီးပွားရေးဘဏ်နှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်ဗဟိုဘဏ်တို့မှ အဖွဲ့ဝင်များနှင့် အတွင်းရေးမှူးဖြစ်သည့် ပြည်ထောင်စုစာရင်းစစ်ချုပ်ရုံးမှ ဒုတိယအမြဲတမ်းအတွင်းဝန်တို့ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
အဆိုပါအစည်းအဝေးတွင် အများလက်ခံကျင့်သုံးနေသည့် စာရင်းထားနည်းစနစ်မှ နိုင်ငံတကာပြည်သူ့ကဏ္ဍစာရင်းစံများ (IPSAS) သို့ အသွင်ကူးပြောင်းရေးနှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ IPSAS Transition Plan and Roadmap ပါ ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည့် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များနှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြပါသည်။ အဆိုပါလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များအနက် ကနဦးဆောင်ရွက်ရမည့်လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များ ဖြစ်သော အစိုးရဌာနအဖွဲ့အစည်းများက နိုင်ငံတကာပြည်သူ့ကဏ္ဍစာရင်းစံများကို လက်ခံ ကျင့်သုံးနိုင်ရန် ပြည်သူ့ဘဏ္ဍာရေး စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုဥပဒေ(မူကြမ်း)တွင် ထည့်သွင်းပြဋ္ဌာန်းနိုင်ရေးနှင့် လိုအပ်သည့် အမိန့်ကြော်ငြာစာထုတ်ပြန်နိုင်ရေး၊ နိုင်ငံတော်အဆင့် ဦးဆောင်ကော်မတီ (National level Steering Committee) ကို ဖွဲ့စည်းနိုင်ရေး၊ အစိုးရဌာနအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ အနေဖြင့် အသုံးပြုရမည့်ငွေစာရင်းခေါင်းစဉ်ကို သတ်မှတ်ပြဋ္ဌာန်းနိုင်ရေး၊ နိုင်ငံတကာ ပြည်သူ့ကဏ္ဍ စာရင်းစံများနှင့် Government Finance Statistics Reporting Guidelines တို့၏ ကွာခြားမှုများကို နှိုင်းယှဉ်သုံးသပ်ရေး၊ IPSAS သို့ အသွင်ကူးပြောင်းရေးနှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ ကော်မတီ ၏ လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များကို အထောက်အကူ ပြုနိုင်ရန်အတွက် Working Group ဖွဲ့စည်းနိုင်ရေးနှင့် လက်ရှိဆောင်ရွက်နေသည့် IPSAS နှင့် IFRS Training များ ကျင်းပနေမှုအခြေအနေများ နှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ အဓိကထား ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
၂၀၂၀ ပြည့်နှစ်၊ ဇူလိုင်လ (၃) ရက်နေ့တွင် ကျရောက်သည့် မြန်မာအမျိုးသမီးများနေ့ အခမ်းအနားကို Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) ရောဂါဖြစ်ပွားနေသည့် ကာလ ဖြစ်ပါသဖြင့် Online အခမ်းအနားပုံစံဖြင့် ကျင်းပခဲ့ရာ အဆိုပါအခမ်းအနားသို့ Zoom Application ဖြင့် ပြည်ထောင်စုစာရင်းစစ်ချုပ်ရုံးမှ အမြဲတမ်းအတွင်းဝန် ဒေါ်နိုင်သက်ဦး နှင့် စစ်ဆေးရေးဦးစီးဌာန ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ် ဒေါ်ခိုင်ခိုင်အောင် တို့ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
အခမ်းအနားအား နံနက် (၁၀:၀၀) နာရီ တွင် စတင်ပြီး အစီအစဉ် (၆) ခုဖြင့် ကျင်းပခဲ့ ရာ နံနက် (၁၁:၄၅) နာရီတွင် ပြီးစီးခဲ့ပါသည်။
